device by hot water sterilization and by installing
CDS in the system for corresponding to
the amendment GMP in medical supply producing

Principle structure
|
|
City water -> air heater -> active carbon tower
-> pre- filter -> high pressure pump -> RO membrane
-> deaerated membrane -> air heater -> CDS
By removing residual chlorine with active carbon tower
from above-mentioned process with city water as raw water
and the primary desalinization with RO membrane and removing
dissolved CO2 with deaerated membrane and finally the
last desalinization treatment by CDS. It can produce water
which conforms to Japanese pharmaceutical codex refining
water.

In order to raw germ management, CDS system
have been made to be able to sterilize the whole device
with hot water which is required former electric regenerative
deionizer CDS with Japanese pharmaceutical codex refining
water to be possible. It sterilizes the whole device by
heating with 80¡Éx30 min. or more, which enables the raw
germ management of 100/ml or less level.

to FDA standard produce the liquid medicine manufacturing
water and washing water with safely and stably at the same
time. The system have adopted membrane method and also with
distilled method, by which be approved to the amendment
GMP. |

Principle structure |

Refining water -> air heater -> UF membrane ->
UF tank -> distiller -> distilled tank
-> air heater -> use point
From above process, the refining water from refining
water production device have been supplied to UF membrane,
then remove raw germ, pyrogene and particulate. It can
produce water which meets to Japanese pharmaceutical codex
injection service water. In addition, further distillation
process enables higher safety injection water production.

Perfect sterile retention status of the system been enabled
by keeping positive pressure condition at inside of the
system by regular circulation driving regardless of no
collecting situation and also by optionally frequent hot

With distillation method, high quality pure steam can
be produced by STEARIS Finn-Aqua
multi-effect evaporator adoption.
